Refund Policy

Because all American Paranormal products are made on-demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, email us at Stephen@americanparanormal.org within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We will process replacements as quickly as possible.

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordering

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect addresses

Most products are printed and packed within 2–5 business days.

  • International: 7–21 business days

During holidays or high-volume periods, these times may increase.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
